Lifts Sweden's largest wind power farm

At Gabrielsberget 40 wind power plants is under erection. Nordic Crane Wind has taken part in this project since the beginning.

NC Wind lifts now the second phase of Gabrielsberget in Nordmaling, just south of Umeå.

Last year, NC Wind lifted the first 20 wind turbines on Mount Gabriel. This year we have been asked to raise another 15 wind turbines.

Gabrielsberget will include a total of 40 wind turbines of Enercon's model E-82, thereby becoming the second largest wind farm in Sweden.

The turbines are gearless and have a rotor diameter of 82 meters. Total height to the wing tip is 150 meters. The total installed capacity is 92 MW. Energy production is estimated at 260 GWh / year.
